Welcome at Ciska's Place
Hello everybody, my name is Ciska den Boer and this is my homepage. On this page I will tell something about.
I was born on March 30 1999 in a hospital in a town called Dordrecht, not far from where I live now. After a fast delivery of only 6 hours I came out very bad, I was completely purple and limp. Because of that I had to stay in the hospital for a few days for observation. Luckily my mother was allowed to stay with me in the hospital and my father also came to visit me several times a day.
After secondary school I started my study at the Wageningen University & Research. In 2024 I graduated and started my first job.
Hobbies and Sports
Below you see a number of my hobbies and sports that I like very much at this moment:
- Ice skating: Since I was seven I'm learning ice-skating in winter and I used to be a trainer for younger children.
- Rowing: I am a member of the student rowing association in Wageningen.
- Travelling: Together with my parents I already visited a lot of places in the world. You can read my story about these vacations on my travel page. Since I was three I took a small camera with which I took pictures while we were on holiday. These pictures you can also see on my travel page.
